We are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant from a lending technology background to lead discovery, product demos and solution proposals for banks, NBFCs, co-operative banks and MFIs.

Experience

5–10 years, including at least 3 years in lending technology

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery meetings and workshops to understand lenders' products, processes and systems
• Deliver tailored product demos to business and IT teams
• Prepare and maintain demo scripts and demo data
• Respond to RFPs, RFIs and IT and information security questionnaires
• Prepare solution scope, implementation approach and business cases for proposals
• Plan and support proofs of concept for bank clients
• Represent Rewafin at industry exhibitions and events with live demos
• Hand over signed deals to the implementation team and share client feedback with product teams

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in pre-sales, solution consulting or implementation of loan origination (LOS), loan management (LMS), collections or co-lending systems
• Strong knowledge of the end-to-end loan lifecycle and related accounting
• Working knowledge of RBI lending regulations, including digital lending guidelines, KFS and IRACP/NPA norms
• Understanding of integrations with core banking systems, credit bureaus, KYC providers and payment systems
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with senior management and IT teams
• Open to travel for expos and industry events across India and internationally

Good to have

• Experience with bank IT and information security reviews
• Exposure to co-operative banks or MFIs
• Core banking system experience

We are looking for Brand & Digital Marketing Interns to support LinkedIn, content, media and video work for Rewafin. Qualifying interns may be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship.

Key responsibilities

• Draft LinkedIn posts, carousels and captions for the company page and founders
• Research and write first drafts of blog articles and newsletter content
• Build and update media and journalist contact lists
• Create simple social media creatives using brand templates
• Support video and podcast production: scripts, scheduling, clips and publishing
• Track social media, blog and video performance and prepare weekly reports
• Monitor BFSI and fintech news and RBI updates for content ideas

Educational qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or final year) in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing (BBA/MBA), English, or Commerce/Finance with strong writing skills

Requirements

• Strong written English
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Basic design skills (for example Canva)
• Interest in finance, banking or fintech
• Available full-time for 6 months at GIFT City
• Open to travel for expos and industry events across India and internationally

Good to have

• Basic video editing skills
• Prior internship in media, content or digital marketing
• A portfolio of writing or social media work

We are looking for Business Development Executive Interns to support the pre-sales and sales team in reaching banks, NBFCs, co-operative banks and MFIs. Qualifying interns may be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship.

Key responsibilities

• Research banks, NBFCs, co-operative banks and MFIs and build a prospect database with decision-maker details
• Support email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
• Follow up with prospects by phone and email to schedule meetings
• Keep the CRM updated with leads, meetings and next steps
• Help prepare demo materials, presentations and proposal documents
• Support the team at industry exhibitions and events
• Take meeting notes and track follow-ups
• Learn the product to assist with basic demos

Educational qualifications

• Master's degree (completed or final year) in Business Administration (MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing or Banking & Financial Services), Commerce (M.Com), Banking and Finance, or Computer Applications (MCA) with an interest in fintech

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Basic understanding of banking and lending
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Confident speaking with senior professionals
• Available full-time for 6 months at GIFT City
